Mark your calendar for that and for our contest to choose our NIUU soup on September 20.
In our efforts for NIUU to become more visible in the community while supporting one of our Charity of the Month charities and having fun, too, we registered to offer a special NIUU soup at a table at the Souport event. At the event attendees taste soups and vote for the Best of Show.
To prepare for that event, we will hold a judging soup-potluck after our worship service sometime September 20 after the service. Any member who has a great soup recipe is invited to bring a pot of soup to the potluck. We will taste the soups and vote on the one we think would be the best soup to have at the St V’s event and then share in the preparation of 5 gallons of soup that are required for the event.
